Eco Carnival Preparations (9th of November)

 On the 9th of November, members carried sofas from the office to be placed in the hall for the VIPs and VVIPs to sit on when the International Conference is underway. We then formed a human chain to move plastic chairs from the hall basement to be placed in the hall for the attendees to sit on during the international conference. Some students then arranged the chairs neatly according to the arrangement plan, while others swept the floor or laid the red carpet from one end of the hall to the other.

The exhibition materials from the German Embassy arrived and were placed  at the exhibition area. The Eco Rangers also took some time to rehearse our drum performance using the hall's P.A. system, so that we knew where to put the microphones and so forth. Overall, the day consisted hall arrangement.
