On the 8th of November, the heads of Eco Carnival committees were asked to meet their respective teacher advisors to discuss their finalized plans for the Eco Carnival. Members were scattered around the school most of the time, with some members helping with packaging Bio Enzyme, some members helping with preparing goodie bags for our guests, and some members making recycled paper.
Meanwhile, Farhanah was busy discussing the finalized list of guests, the number of private corporations setting up exhibition booths, the total number of sales stalls, and the complete, finalized list of schools partaking in the International Conference and competitions.
After we returned from the meetings with teacher advisors, we proceeded to arrange the hall and test the sound system. We, the Eco Rangers also practiced our Eco Band performance complete with the lyrics slideshow and microphones so as to prevent any hitches on the day of the official performance.
