Today, members had no choice but to stay back after school to make final preparations for the Eco Carnival, on top of rehearsing our performance for the last time before we perform in front of a hundred-strong audience. Atikah and Siti Sarah had some problems deciding where to place the decorative plants and sofas the VIPs would be using. Pn. Ngau made a lot of last minute changes as some plans had been changed. However, with much cooperation, we managed to arrange the hall perfectly.
The runners; Syahirah, Samantha and Sophia were briefed by Pn. Ngau on when and what to do throughout the whole event on the 11th. Members of the Interactive Talk, Workshop, and Guided Tour committee worked hand in hand to prepare the Kuliah Bakti and Science Labs for the Interactive Talks that would be held the next day,and made sure that the microphones were in working order. Members of the Games committee made some last-minute touch ups to the props they will be using for games, while the male clerks from the administration office assisted in setting up exhibition booths.
All in all, it was a day filled with much hustle and bustle as the committee members frantically prepared for the Eco Carnival, each of them anxious to make it as big a success as possible.
