It was decided that we would be labeling the plants using used CDs’. The name of every plant would be written on the shiny surface of the CDs’ and the person who would be in charge of bringing said CDs’ is none other than Pui San while it was decided that Aini would be undertaking the tedious chore of writing on them in permanent markers. After Aini has done her part, Angela and Sophia would have to attach the labels to wonder sticks which will then be stuck in the soil.
After we had gotten the labeling discussion out of the way, we discussed the slideshows, which Azrianna and Soo Sun are in charge of. Farhanah requested/asked/ordered that they include the pictures and minutes of meetings in the slideshow, and made sure to remind them to insert the logo, too.
Art and scrapbooking were next on our list of agendas, and it was decided that Cella was responsible for designing the banner. As for scrapbooking, we had decided to print all the reports on used paper before pasting them back to back.
We then discussed some ways to provide some tender loving care for the plants we have to nurture. We were informed that there will be another 3 members who will be joining us to lighten the load Azmina and Ili are carrying on their tiny shoulders. They will be joining us after the Chinese New Year break. We once again reminded that members who have been absent for more than 3 times without a reason will be kicked out. The meeting ended at 4.30 pm as usual.
